 Touchpoints

    My restaurant, Cafe of Hope, has some unique touchpoints not seen in very many other restaurants. The first one that comes to mind are the employees. This is because the gimmick of the restaurant shapes each experience with an employee into a unique roleplay game. I created this touchpoint because I see as a fun, little game that can be played by both the customer and employee. Next, would be the tables themselves and anime poster around the restaurant. I created this touchpoint because they would be promoting not only the anime's represented by the restaurant but also the restaurant itself. There are a few other obvious touchpoint like the restaurant business card and any tableware that we might want to put our brand on like the bottoms of plates.
