Creative
So today, I decided to do any other creative exercise with my buddy Matthew. We did this exercise in class and I thought it would be funny to do it again with my buddy. In this exercise we are tasked with building the ultimate desk. To sum the instructions, We have to make something the has the same function as a desk, we can add anything we want as long as it functions like a desk, we have 5 minutes and infinite government funding to build this desk. And with that out of the way, we can begin.
Matthew wanted to start with a regular, old desk but, I convinced him we should make the desk donut shaped we had more room. Next, we added anti-gravity hover pads to the table, chair and foot rest instead of legs so they can go basically anywhere. Then we added Hatsune Miku, and gave her the ability to do just about anything, from cooking to flying to shape-shifting. We then added the Chef 3.0, which is a device that can spawn any food item into existence through particle recreation, a compartment for our monitor and keyboard and a compartment for a lamp. We also added an automated defense system with a force field. And finally, arguably the most important part, we placed the desk on top of Godzilla. Now you might be asking "Why would you place a desk on top a giant, radioactive lizard monster?" and to that there is a very simple answer, it would be a cool place to sit. All in all, this assignment I learned the importance of reading comprehension as well as how to think more outside of the box or donut in this instance.
