    Today, I decided to do a exercise from adobe.com where I basically just write what I was thinking. Not brainstorming, just dumping everything in my head on a piece of paper. I have ADHD so my brain moves a the speed of light which makes it extremely difficult to "catch" the first thing on my mind. So I just let the river of thought flow until I eventually grabbed a thought about an up coming written drivers exam. I've been studying pretty hard for it so that I can finally get my drivers license. There is only 2 real reasons I want a drivers license and these are so I can get a job and so if my family ends up moving I stay here and finish school. The next thought I grabbed was about Fortnite a game I play relatively often. The final season of chapter 5 is out and its a remix of chapter 2 season 1 (or 2 I don't remember) and it's pretty good. The only thing I don't like is that they added Ice Spice the rapper to the game which was very weird to me, she has a nice character design and her weapons are very good so I guess that makes up for it though. The final thought I grabbed was about Christmas which is coming up soon. I also can't stop thinking about since my mom has Grinch decorations all over the house so I can't leave my room without seeing a dozen of them. For Christmas this year I'm asking for a plushie and a few shirts I saw on TikTok with funny phrases. One of them is an all black shirt with white text that says "I get nervous around girls" which I find hilarious. There's another one that says "Wait I'm Goated" and has a picture of a cat on it which I added to this blog.

 

Design

    Today, I decided to analyze the design of something I made several years ago, back in my first year of middle school. Back in middle I created quite a few fictional characters meant to represent me and my friends in an alternate universe where we were chosen to be the host of several different gods. The one I'm analyzing is the one I made for myself who was originally named Bulb. Now I say originally because a few years later in my first year of high school I changed his name to better and more creatively one, this being Lipsoidal. Lipsoidal is a play on the word ellipsoidal which is an theatrical lighting instrument. If you could tell by this Lipsoidal is the god of light in this universe and has the ability to control and manipulate light waves. This ability grants a ton of other abilities but namely the ability to make himself as well as anything around him invisible by preventing certain light waves from reaching his opponents eyes. Ok enough about the character lets move on to his design.

    Lipsoidal is about 7 foot 6 inches tall and weighs about 450 pounds. Now I know it sounds like he's a towering muscular monster but I reality he isn't super buff. The reason he's so heavy would require me to go over a lot of lore the character so simplify; When he was a mortal he had his normal arms and legs replaced with cybernetic ones and still had them even after his divine regeneration should've given him his old limbs back. Now for more on his character, Lipsoidal is kind of like a light switch because, when he was a mortal he was a ruthless entire galactic warlord, this carried on into his life as a god causing him to have streaks of good and evil. Over the course of the story Lipsoidal's time spent with his host, being me, will slowly shift him into a more benevolent person who better understands and appreciates the value of life.
